Latin ambience and muy caliente atmosphere: a new wind is blowing through the Savoyard Alps. Installed in Paris last September, Bazurto - the Colombian restaurant of chef Juan Arbelaez - blends into the snowy decor of groupe Montagnettes's latest project, Ynycio.

Bazurto is open for lunch from Sunday to Friday (closed for lunch on Saturday).

Both chic and ethnic, Bazurto invites itself to the brand-new YNYCIO hotel residence, bringing its explosive wood-fired cuisine, small dishes to share, pronounced tastes and seasonings, human warmth and the legendary good humor of its chef Juan Arbelaez. From ceviche to empanadas and Argentine beef, the chef's experiential cuisine reveals the richness of Latin gastronomy. The Bazurto experience is accompanied by a fine selection of cocktails, featuring signature South American drinks such as traditional aguardiente, Cachaça and Pisco.
