Latin ambience and muy caliente atmosphere: a new wind is blowing through the Savoyard Alps in winter 2022. Installed in Paris last September, Bazurto - the Colombian restaurant of chef Juan Arbelaez - is now part of the snowy decor of groupe Montagnettes's latest project, Ynycio.

Both chic and ethnic, Bazurto invites itself into the brand new hotel residence YNYCIO with its explosive wood-fired cuisine, its small dishes to share, its pronounced tastes and seasonings, its human warmth and the legendary good humor of its chef Juan Arbelaez. From ceviche to empanadas and beautiful Argentinean beef, the chef's experiential cuisine reveals the richness of Latin gastronomy. The Bazurto experience is accompanied by a nice selection of cocktails and features South American signature drinks, from traditional aguardiente to Cachaça or Pisco.
Festive bar open at night
YnycioThe Bazurto is also the place to be for an après-ski in Tignes Val-Claret. With its festive bar open in the evening, it is "Marie Prieux", resident DJ at Bazurto Tignes who will animate the second part of the evening with fiery DJ sets.
